How will Rx Aid help me get my prescription medications?
With your affiliation with Rx Aid, you will have access to our seamless assistance with nearly 300 companies' Patient Assistance Programs. Our staff will assist you by:
Matching your prescription with the specific Pharmaceutical Company. Preparing all required application documents for each company. Forwarding the documents for both your personal and physician's signatures. Delivering your signed applications to the appropriate program for processsing.

What is the cost for this service?
The cost of our service is a one time, non-refundable, $20.00 application fee and only $12.00 per enrollment application per month. For example: if you need assistance with 3 applications then your total cost would be $36 per month. (12 x 3 = $36)

Will the medications be generic or brand names?
Most drug assistance programs are for Brand Names, however if there is no program for the Brand Name then some Generics are available.

Who supplies the medication?
The medications are supplied and sent to you directly from the drug manufacturer and are normally filled for a 90 day supply.

How long does it take to get my medications?
Once we receive the documents from you, it usually takes the pharmaceutical company 2-6 weeks to ship the medication. Rx Aid will contact you to start the enrollment application renewal process to alleviate any gap in medications.

What if I am not approved for the program?
We make every effort to prequalify you for the patient assistance program before we take your initial Rx Aid application. If for any reason you are denied by the pharmaceutical company you will receive a refund for any monthly fees that have been accessed. The one time $20.00 application fee is not refundable. Rx Aid will then attempt to direct you to an agency that might be able to assist you.

Who qualifies for these programs?
If you currently have NO prescription drug coveraage and you meet the income guidelines of the pharmaceutical companies, then you may qualify.
